Every fee, deadline and requirement comes from the authority's own page, with the source recorded against it. Where an authority publishes nothing, we show nothing and say so.

What we buildOf 2,443 fee lines in the registry, 1,449 were read on the authority’s own page. The rest are labelled indicative and say where they came from, because an authority that publishes nothing is not an authority that charges nothing. Competitors round those to a number. We confirm them before you pay.

Because they are different things. Our professional fee pays for our work and we set it. A government fee is set by the authority, is charged to you at exactly what they charge, and we add nothing to it. Merging them into one number hides which part you are actually paying us — and makes it impossible to see if we marked up a statutory charge.
