Tonight across every property
Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR per hotel — net of what each channel really costs you.
- Multi-property from day one
- Commission-aware ADR
One calendar sends rates and availability to every channel. Bookings from any platform arrive in Stay, the room board cannot double-sell, and the commission ledger shows what each booking is worth after the platform's fee.
Multi-property by design: a single hotel gets the same structure with one property. In development; channel connectivity is decided per OTA.

Rates, availability and restrictions go out from one calendar. Bookings, changes and cancellations come back in. Each channel has a versioned contract: who collects, the percentage, the base, the payout cycle.
Commission accrues at check-out and reverses on a free cancellation. A platform's statement is matched to bookings; differences become disputes with the booking attached.
Checking in a foreign national opens a card due in 24 hours. It counts down on Today and turns red on the owner's screen when overdue.
The owner decides on an Access matrix what each role may see and change. Deleting records is not a permission anyone has.

Every channel lands on one board. A booking that would overlap another on the same room is refused by the database itself.
Change a rate or close a date once; it reaches every OTA with parity checked and errors named.
Commission, GST on commission, TCS and TDS per channel and contract — reconciled against each OTA's statement.

Buy Stay alone, or link it. When a second product is switched on, events flow on Core, and the console turns products on and off without touching your data.
Specific to this product. The platform-wide rules (data in Mumbai, audit trail, support access with consent) are on the Platform page.
Each property has its own series and letterhead. Accommodation and food lines carry their SAC and rate; B2B invoices get an IRN through the GSP.
Foreign guest registration with a 24-hour countdown, the portal reference recorded with who submitted and when.
ID type and the last four characters only, with the privacy notice shown at check-in.
There is no card-number field anywhere. Balances are charged through the gateway's token, inside the window your rate plan sets.
Cash receipts of ₹2 lakh or more are refused, per s.269ST.
Folios are append-only with reversals. Night audit runs once per room-night; nothing is edited after the fact.
Billed by the day: a unit costs only for the days it is active. Every paid plan starts with a 30-day trial and no card. Prices exclude 18% GST. CGST + SGST inside Rajasthan, IGST elsewhere.
A room counts when it is sellable; out-of-order rooms still count, rooms you disable do not.

No. Stay connects as a certified partner where an OTA allows it, or through a channel-manager API as the pipe. Stay is the system of record either way.
A seasonal property can pause for one to four months a year at 20% of its fee. Data and channel mappings stay in place.
Stay is multi-property by design: one group, many properties, roles per property, one guest identity. Three or more properties get an extra 10% off.
Check-in, check-out and folios for guests in the hotel never switch off before termination, and bookings already made keep arriving. OTA sync stops only at day 30, after 72 hours' notice.
Plus and Pro include payments and rules; Pro adds POS outlets with tables, KOTs and posting to a room's folio.
Stay is in development. The next release is written from a real hotel group's current software and its gaps.
