Every product has a free plan for small teams and a 30-day trial of any paid plan with no card. Monthly plans are billed after the month for the days used, with no lock-in.
Prices exclude 18% GST. CGST + SGST inside Rajasthan, IGST elsewhere.

Volume is graduated like tax slabs, so there is no cliff: People 201–500 −10%, 501–1,000 −15%, 1,001–3,000 −20%; Work 51–200 −10%, 201–500 −15%; Stay 21–50 rooms −15%, 51+ −25%; Campus 1,001–3,000 −10%, 3,001+ −20%. Enterprise sizes are quoted.

Pick the products you would use. The bundle discount is 10% for two paid products, 15% for three and 20% for four or five, capped so that no line is more than 35% below its monthly list price.

Prepaid, and still by the day
After your demo, each month is paid at its start for the units in use. A joiner on the 9th of a 31-day month is added on the next invoice at 23/31 of the price, and a leaver's unused days are credited the same way.
Annual prepaid, about 12 to 20% less
Commit a number of units for a year at the annual price. Add units any time; they are billed at the same annual rate.
Quarterly true-up at the annual rate
If you go above your committed count, the extra seat-days are billed each quarter at the annual daily rate. No premium, and no penalty.
No lock-in on monthly
Cancel from Settings in no more than two steps. It takes effect at the end of the month, and the final invoice covers the days used.
One invoice for everything
Every product on one invoice a cycle, with a usage annexure listing each unit, its days and its amount.
Prices change only at renewal
With at least 30 days' notice. Never in the middle of a term you have paid for.
A joiner on day 9 costs this much.
Move the joining date. The amount is the same calculation the invoice makes: monthly price × days active ÷ days in the month.

What happens, day by day.
Said plainly, so there are no surprises. The schedule runs from the due date; paying at any point stops it.
We email the amount and the date, and for a mandate, the debit date.
A reminder. Your card or UPI provider also sends its own notice at least 24 hours before a debit.
The mandate is debited, or you pay by link or transfer. A receipt follows.
A reminder, and the mandate is tried once more.
Last reminder before read-only. Interest runs from the due date but is waived if you pay by now.
Read-only. You can view, export, run statutory reports and pay. You cannot create records, run payroll, issue invoices or change rates. On annual plans we shorten the term instead.
Suspended. Only the owner and admins can sign in, to pay and to export.
Terminated. Data stays available to export for 30 days, then is deleted after notice. Dunning itself never deletes data.
Never switched off before termination
- Stay: check-in, check-out and folios for guests in the hotel, and bookings already made. OTA sync stops only at day 30, after 72 hours' notice.
- Campus: student safety: transport tracking, gate and attendance alerts to parents.
- People: employees' access to their own payslips and tax forms.
Annual plans: a shorter term, not a cut-off
If a true-up or instalment is unpaid at day 15, the remaining term is shortened by the value owed and service carries on. Pay before the new end date and the original date comes back.

Two policies, chosen by who you are.
Businesses get the standard B2B terms. Schools and trusts, homestays and owner-run properties, and individuals or sole proprietors get a shorter, safer version, because they are the customers most likely to be consumers in law.
Standard terms
- Monthly: paid at the start of each month; joiners and leavers are settled by the day on the next invoice, so there is nothing to refund
- Annual: paid for a committed term and not refundable for convenience; access runs to the end
- Reductions take effect at renewal
- Pro-rata refund if we end the service, discontinue your product or fail to cure a breach in 30 days
- Wrong or duplicate charges refunded in full within 10 business days
- Late interest 18% a year simple, waived if paid within 7 days
Safer terms
- Full refund within 14 days of the first paid invoice
- Full refund within 7 days of an auto-renewal you did not use
- End an annual plan on 30 days' notice: we keep the elapsed period plus the lower of 3 months' fees or 25% of the rest, and refund the remainder
- Instalments are never brought forward
- Late interest 12% a year simple
- Suspension only after 30 days overdue and 7 days' written notice

Is GST included?
No. Indian prices exclude 18% GST: CGST and SGST if you are in Rajasthan, IGST elsewhere. Exports are invoiced under a Letter of Undertaking.
Do you charge a setup fee?
No. Onboarding is included. Founding customers also get migration done with them.
What does the free plan include?
Each product has one: People up to 10 employees, Work up to 5 users, Books one user plus a CA, Stay up to 5 rooms, Campus up to 50 students. No statutory filings, no OTA channels, fair-use messaging.
What is not discounted?
Statutory fees, hardware such as card readers and GPS units, and pass-through usage such as marketing WhatsApp messages or e-invoices beyond fair use.
Can I pay by card, UPI or bank transfer?
Yes: card or UPI with a mandate, e-NACH, or invoice and bank transfer. Renewals above ₹15,000 on cards need your authentication each time under RBI rules, so we suggest e-NACH or transfer for those.
Are the USD and AED prices final?
They are separate price books, not currency conversions, and are indicative until the US and UAE launches.
