Cancellation and Suspension Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Subscription with Green Rajasthan Private Limited (Comriq). Section 8 is the safer version for the customers it names.

1. Cancelling a monthly plan

Cancel any time from Settings → Subscription, in no more than two steps. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current calendar month, and the final invoice covers the days used up to then. There is no lock-in.

2. Annual plans and renewal

• Annual plans renew automatically for the same term and quantity unless you or Comriq give notice at least 30 days before the end date.
• We send renewal reminders 45, 15 and 7 days before renewal.
• Prices change only at renewal, with at least 30 days' notice.
• You may stop renewal at any time. Ending the current term early does not reduce fees already paid or invoiced. On a quarterly-instalment plan, the remaining instalments for the current term stay payable on their due dates; they are never brought forward into a lump sum.

3. If a payment is missed

The schedule runs from the invoice due date (T). Paying at any point stops it.

Read-only allows viewing, all exports, statutory reports, payslips and tax forms in employee self-service, and your own payment. It blocks creating records, running payroll, issuing invoices and changing rates.

4. Never switched off before termination

• Stay: check-in, check-out and folios for guests in the hotel, and bookings already made on the channels. OTA sync stops only at day 30, after 72 hours' notice, so the hotel can move its channels and avoid overbooking.
• Campus: student-safety functions: transport tracking, and gate and attendance alerts to parents.
• People: employees' access to their own payslips and tax forms.

5. Annual plans: a shorter term instead of a cut-off

If a true-up, add-on charge or instalment on an annual plan is unpaid at day 15, we shorten the remaining term instead of switching to read-only:

• daily value = annual contract value (before GST) ÷ days in the term;
• days removed = unpaid taxable amount ÷ daily value, rounded up;
• new end date = original end date − days removed.

Full service continues. We confirm the new end date in writing. Pay any time before the new end date and the original date is restored, with late interest waived. If the new end date has already passed, sections 3 and 6 apply. We issue a GST credit note for the removed days and set it against the unpaid invoice, so the two net to zero.

Example: an annual value of ₹33,000 over 365 days is ₹90.41 a day. An unpaid true-up of ₹564.16 removes 7 days, so the term ends on 24 March instead of 31 March.

6. Late interest

Overdue amounts carry simple interest at 18% a year from the due date, waived if paid within 7 days. If Comriq is a registered micro or small enterprise and the MSMED Act gives a higher rate, that rate applies instead. GST applies to interest. There are no other late fees.

7. Your data after termination

• You can export all your data at any time during the subscription, including while read-only or suspended, and for 30 days after termination.
• After that, Comriq deletes your data from live systems within the next 30 days and from backups within the following 90 days, after giving you notice, and issues a deletion certificate on request.
• You remain responsible for keeping the records the law requires you to keep. A paid archive plan is available for that.
• Dunning never deletes data by itself.

8. Schools and trusts, homestays, individuals: the safer terms

For Campus customers that are schools, trusts or societies, Stay customers that are homestays or owner-run properties, and any customer who is an individual or sole proprietor:

• suspension happens only after 30 days overdue and 7 days' written notice; export is always available;
• late interest is 12% a year simple, or the MSMED rate where it applies;
• you may end an annual plan early on 30 days' notice, with the refund set out in section 2 of the Refund Policy.

9. Termination by Comriq

• For a material breach not cured within 15 days of notice.
• Immediately, for unlawful use, a security threat or insolvency.
• For convenience, on 90 days' notice, with a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees.
