What changedNew page for subscriptions and Studio projects. Comriq ships no physical goods. It sets out when access starts, what happens if it does not, and how Studio work is handed over.

Nothing is shipped

Comriq sells software subscriptions (People, Work, Books, Stay and Campus) and Studio engineering work. Everything is delivered online. There is no physical shipment and no shipping charge.

Subscriptions

  • When access starts. Your workspace is ready as soon as you sign up. A paid plan switches on when the payment is confirmed: at once for card, net banking and gateway UPI, and within one working hour for a bank transfer or Direct UPI matched from the bank's alert (at most one working day).
  • How you get it. The sign-in link and the tax invoice go to the owner's email. Each product opens at its own address, for example people.comriq.com.
  • The mobile apps are free to download from Google Play and the App Store. They use the same sign-in.
  • If access does not start within these times, write to support@comriq.com with the payment reference. We fix it the same working day, or refund under the Refund Policy.

Studio projects

Studio work is delivered in the stages written in the quotation: brief, design, build, hand-over. Each stage goes to a staging link for your sign-off. On final payment you receive the source code, the accounts and the documentation (see the Terms and the quotation).

Devices

Biometric readers, card readers and POS machines are bought from their makers or your bank. Comriq connects to them and does not sell or ship them.

Where we deliver

Online, to customers in India, the UAE, the United States and other countries where we accept the order. Prices, tax and invoices follow the price book of your region.
