Refund Policy

This policy explains when fees paid to Green Rajasthan Private Limited (Comriq) are refundable. Section 1 applies to subscriptions bought for business, professional or institutional use. Section 2 is the safer version, which applies instead to the customers it names. Section 4 covers Studio projects.

1. Subscriptions: the standard terms

1. Monthly plans are billed after the month, for the days used. There is no refund for a billed period, because you are only billed for what was used.
2. Annual plans are paid in advance for a committed term and are not refundable or cancellable for convenience. If you stop using the service, your access continues until the end of the term.
3. Reductions in users, rooms, students, plan or products take effect at the next renewal. No refund or credit is given for the current term.
4. True-ups and add-ons cover usage already consumed and are not refundable.
5. When Comriq refunds the unused part of prepaid fees, pro rata:
   • Comriq ends your subscription for its own convenience, or discontinues the product you use;
   • you end it because Comriq materially breached the agreement and did not cure the breach within 30 days of your written notice;
   • an event outside either party's control stops Comriq providing the service for more than 30 consecutive days and you end the subscription.
6. Wrong charges. A duplicate or mistaken charge is refunded in full within 10 business days of being confirmed.
7. Termination for cause. If Comriq ends the subscription because of your breach (for example misuse, fraud, unlawful use or non-payment), no refund is due.

2. Schools and trusts, homestays, individuals: the safer terms

These terms apply instead of section 1 to Campus customers that are schools, trusts or societies, Stay customers that are homestays or owner-run properties, and any customer who is an individual or a sole proprietor.

1. First-purchase guarantee. A full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first paid invoice. The workspace then returns to the free plan.
2. Renewal reversal. A full refund if you ask within 7 days after an automatic renewal you have not used.
3. Ending an annual plan early. You may end it on 30 days' notice. We keep the fees for the time elapsed plus the lower of three months' fees or 25% of the unexpired fees, and refund the rest.
4. Instalments. Instalments for the elapsed period and the notice period are payable; nothing is brought forward.
5. Sections 1.5 and 1.6 apply to you as well.

3. How refunds are paid

• Refunds go to the original payment method, or by bank transfer to your registered account.
• Comriq issues a GST credit note where the law allows. Where the deadline for a credit note has passed, Comriq refunds the taxable value only, and you keep the input tax credit you claimed.
• Tax you deducted at source is refunded to the extent Comriq can use the credit.
• Please raise any dispute with us before asking your bank for a chargeback. A chargeback without first raising the dispute is a breach of the agreement, and the account may be suspended until it is resolved.

4. Studio projects

Studio work is quoted in writing with a fixed scope and stages. Refunds follow the stages:

• Before the kick-off call: 100% of the fee.
• After kick-off, before the design or written plan is approved: 75%.
• After approval, during the build: refunded against the stages not yet delivered, as listed in your quotation.
• After hand-over: no refund. What we built is yours, including the source, on final payment.

Marketing retainers commit to the minimum term stated in the quotation. After it, cancel with 30 days' notice; the current month is worked and billed and nothing beyond it is. A month already worked is not refundable. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is never Comriq's to refund.

5. How to ask

Email billing@comriq.com with your invoice number. We reply within one working day and pay approved refunds within 10 business days.
