How fast we answer

  • Acknowledged within 48 hours, with a reference number.
  • Resolved within one month of receipt (Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, rule 4). If we need more information, we ask once and the month runs from your reply.
  • Security incidents and data breaches that affect you are reported to you without delay.

If you are a customer's employee, guest, parent or student

Your organisation (your employer, the hotel or the school) decides how your data is used in Comriq. Comriq processes it for them under a Data Processing Addendum. Ask your organisation first. If they do not answer within a reasonable time, write to grievance@comriq.com. We will pass it on and follow it up.

If we do not resolve it

  • Consumers in India: the National Consumer Helpline (1915, or consumerhelpline.gov.in), then the Consumer Commission for your district.
  • Personal data: the Data Protection Board of India, once its complaint process applies to us under the DPDP Rules, 2025.
  • Anywhere else: the regulator where you live. You do not need our permission, and you do not need to tell us first.
