Comriq People, Comriq Work, Comriq Books, Comriq Stay and Comriq Campus, on the web, Android and iPhone. The developer is Green Rajasthan Private Limited (Comriq).

Delete your own sign-in

• In the app: Profile → Account → Delete my account. Confirm with the code we email you.
• Without the app: email privacy@comriq.com from the address you sign in with. Write "Delete my account" and the product name. We confirm the request by email before acting.

Your sign-in, profile, devices, notification settings and app data on Comriq's side are deleted within 30 days. Backups roll over within a further 35 days.

If your organisation manages your account

Employees, guests, parents, students and staff use Comriq through an organisation: an employer, a hotel or a school. Their records (attendance, payslips, bookings, fees, marks) belong to that organisation. We delete your sign-in when you ask. The organisation decides on the rest, under the law that applies to it, and we pass your request to their admin the same day. Labour, tax and school laws can require some records to be kept.

Delete a whole workspace (owners)

The owner can close the workspace in Settings → Subscription → Close workspace, or write to privacy@comriq.com.

• We give you 30 days to export everything (CSV, PDF and the original files).
• Then we delete the workspace's data.
• You get a deletion certificate.

What we must keep

• Comriq's own tax invoices and payment records to you: kept for the period the GST law and the Companies Act require (at least eight years). They are kept only for that purpose.
• Records needed for a dispute or a legal claim that is already open, until it ends.
• Nothing is kept for marketing after a deletion request.
