The problem

A business with a WhatsApp Business number gets enquiries all day. Someone still has to read each one, work out what is being asked and reply with a quotation.

What we built

A demo bot that reads an incoming WhatsApp message, matches it against a price list, drafts a quotation and hands it to a person to approve before anything is sent — no message leaves the business without a human checking it first.
